Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is helpful in addressing various concerns including stress and anxiety, difficulties in relationships, depressed mood, compulsive or self-defeating behaviors, identity concerns, difficulties coping, and processing trauma. Through talking, listening, relating, and shared understanding, psychotherapy can help improve mental and emotional well-being, foster personal growth, and lead to creative solutions and more satisfying relationships. Each treatment is personalized to the individual's unique needs and goals, creating a safe space for self-exploration and healing.
Couples Therapy
Couples treatment provides a supportive environment in which partners can work through relationship issues, conflict, and maladaptive patterns while strengthening communication and emotional bonds. I approach couples work by integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and psychodynamic couples therapy allowing for a deep exploration of entrenched patterns and increased capacity for emotional connection and understanding.
Group Therapy
Group therapy can provide a supportive and collaborative space for individuals facing similar challenges. While I do not have any groups running currently in my practice, I do occasionally offer both time-limited and open-ended groups. Previous groups include interpersonal process groups, support groups for gay men and transgender individuals, DBT skills groups, and CBT for insomnia. I am available for a 15-min complimentary phone consultation to determine your needs and see if we feel like a good fit. If you would like to move forward following our phone consultation, we can schedule an initial session. I am happy to provide referrals if it does not feel like a match.

Fees & Insurance Information
I am happy to discuss fees during our initial phone consultation. I do reserve a small number of sliding scale slots for individuals with limited financial means.
I do not currently accept insurance, which means I am considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. I encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network benefits available to you for mental health services. If you are eligible, I am happy to provide you with all the necessary paperwork to submit a claim for reimbursement of services.​​​
